When I look real-time in my Exchange 24hr % statistics and I compare them with CMC stastistics, there is a difference in %.
Is all %'s displayed in the Exchanges showing the value of the total Global market? Or are those numbers only displaying activity-statistic from the users in the Exchange itself?

I think Coinmarketcap takes into consideration the multiple exchanges that the coins are listed on. Exchanges themselves only are interested in the prices that are being seen by the buy and sell orders on their exchanges. If exchanges made the price available to everyone, chances are that arbitrage trading would be more widely practiced.

So, the difference in percentage is just because of the extra information coinmarketcap takes into consideration vs your exchange.

Coinmarketcap and exchanges statistics aren't identical, they might be similar or near but there's no way for them to be the exactly same.

Is all %'s displayed in the Exchanges showing the value of the total Global market? Or are those numbers only displaying activity-statistic from the users in the Exchange itself?

That percentage that's being shown by exchanges are only for them, they have their own basis and they don't depend on others or they might be but still they are relying to their own stats.

Not sure where coinmarketcap is getting its data. But exchange platform differs from each other, I think every platform has its different pricing of the coin.

Coinmarketcap gets the data from not one exchange but from many exchanges and averages it i believe. Thats why the difference. For everycoin, if u click markets tab it will show u what are all the markets its collecting data from.

They update their data's on real time but sometimes their updating is not accurate since their are some coins who are having a fast trades and fast pump and dump scene and coinmarketcap cannot update it faster since I think their bots or whatever they use have certain time to give some price updates.
