If less than $2 I would suggest $ADA this one has a really a big potential in the future great upcoming projects. But I would suggest also $ICX around $4 the price right now you will not regret for spending your funds here.

Why do you care if the coin is $2 or less? You should only be concerned about the market capitalization. I suggest you learn the importance of this first. Otherwise if not, then my answer is Cardano.

you must invest in ETC OR Buy BTC , ETC has so good things to come soon and it might be 0.01 - 0.02 BTC soon
But it is advisable to Hold Btc and wait for some good time

I don't own any Datum, but the concept if fair and secure, is definitely something I would use.

Also, check out SHIFT, again something I would like to see in use. Lots of developments scheduled for the next month. If its even semi-widely adopted I don't see why it couldn't easily be in the top 20.

take a look at universa utn, it's listed only on cobinhood but it's still very cheap, only 0,04$, and it's gonna be listed soon on binance, if tron went to 0,20$ this it could be at least go to 0,50 and i'm conservative

Ironically, the Gems ICO is coming up, and it's pretty highly rated. It's a blockchain version of Amazon mTurk. The whitelist signup period has ended, though. Maybe we can catch it at a good price when it hits the exchanges.

You plan to invest $2?   I dont think you should bother really. You will pay fro transaction fees. Every bank will take $2 from you when depositing to any exchange.  Only way and even that is hard is to buy #2 crypto from a friend of yours you give him $2 and he sends you whatever coin he have.   

Why dont you gather some money and then start?  You can also earn it if you have some knowledge and free time. Or sell something for crypto that you dont need.
