New pool

Hello everyone!

I'm interested in cryptocurrencies, and mainly altcoins.
I've gotten quite far in understanding most of it, so i'm very happy about that.
The one thing i can't find anywhere though, is how to create a pool.
Is there anyone in here that could help me with this?

for what purpose? you want a friend to mine with you or?

My friend is trying to figure out how to make a coin, and I promised i'd help out with the things around it. So lay out, websites, etc. And i noticed all pool-website pretty much look the same, so is there a single provider or something?

Do you have development skills/experience?

with creating websites, yes. But anything that has to do with cryptocurrencies, no. Except for mining/trading myself ofc.
