I am getting a message from ATIflash that "subsystemD's mismatch" https://imgur.com/a/TKUlTWhat am I doing wrong? I was able to flash the first card rx580 8gb using GPU-Z, Polaris, ATIflash, but this one is not allowing me. Do I have to DOS flash it to force it? Please help.

are you using somebody elses bios file with your tweaks on top of it? ...also dont use gpuz for bios export. Try it from the ati flash tool to export bios.

Not using any 3rd party. Just from the gpu-z. But I will do as you told. Lets see what happens.

I do this and it usually works out. 1.Export bios from the atiflash. 2.Edit in latest polaris editor 1.67 (I think) 3. ati flash dos tool with -ai X shows info on each the GPU. where X is the slot (0, 1, 2, 3, etc). 4. flash from dos each card -p X (X is slot as how you see it windows 0, 1, 2, 3) (because I have many cards and can't do from Windows ati flash). can be forced with -f , can be done without force as well. Up to you if you are sure your bios is good. 4.5 patch driver if needed (only 1 time) 5. reboot after flashing last card.

Ok. Do it from Windows Stop PC. Remove the other card ///disable onboard video (if you have enabled in bios) Leave only the card you want to flash connected on the PC on the main slot. //Make sure all tools are stopped like msi afterburn, hwinfo, etc (if you use) open CMD with Admin rights. Try this first (it may not be needed but just in case) atiflash.exe -ai 0 (this will confirm your card is visible, it is using the dos tool, no harm in checking only) atiflash.exe -unlockrom 0 Try then all steps with the win flash tool. backup bios, edit flash. Reboot Pc

To avoid using winflashtool can I do this:
Disconnect/takeout primary GPU in slot 1 (Flashed with Polaris and GPUflash) Set bios to start from the second PCIe slot Flash the second GPU with Polaris and GPUflash Reinsert the primary card and set bios to load from the primary PCIe slot
Thank you in advence.

Try this one https: //www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/
Since you are removin g the card on slot1, just move tha card you want flash there. Easy. Then once flashed return where it was.

You can use the -f option is you are sure that is the right rom.

I think that is a good idea. If the problem is that you cannot flash the second card.

I had problem with several cards which I can not flash, because it said Bios read error or something like that.. I had to place the card directly into the motherboard in x16 slot, and the problem was gone.

Once again big thanx to all who has helped me get off the ground.
I am continuing to have issues with getting the hash rate desired.
First rx 580 strix 8gb was easy to mod and worked at 29-31 mh/s.
When I added the second rx 580 strix 8gb to the rig, it was giving me about 23.5 mh/s on average.
Before moding the 2nd card I - set PCIe Speed from Auto to Gen1 - stopped Windows Updates - performed Windows 10 Registry Tweaks For Mining - increased Virtual Memory - changed the power plan - added mining drivers 22.19 Tested the GPUs and received about 50-53 mh/s. After I decided to update the bios on my motherboard (X299 AORUS Gaming) from (f2 to f3) and noticed a decrease in hash rate by 5-10 mh/s. May be a glitch but then I managed to flash the second GPU and now I am getting 56 mh/s stable. What can I do to gain those extra 3-6 mh? I added pics of the hash rate for daggerhashimoto and the moded sample of the GPU in Polaris.
Update: I reinstalled the mb bios back to F2. Still the card in PCIe x8 is not performing well. 26.6mh/s max. Is it possible that the slot for the card is not recieving enough juice?
Could some one help me please?
