I seen a lot of complaints about Yobit in the scam forum.

I learned to always check that forum first before dealing with any exchanges. Also check for complaints about any exchange on Google. Even Coinbase has a lot of complaints about it. I almost lost $1000 after ACH transfer to Coinbase but luckily got my money back after filing complaint with my bank and the CFPB if you are in the US. It only took a few days. Since then I only buy from localbitcoins.com.

Robinhood should be pretty good too. They are a legit US stock trading app that is adding crypto service next month.

ETHEREUM IS THE MOTHER ASSHOLE FROM WHICH THE SHITCOINS SPRING.

You can accuse Yobit anytime you want because of their shit service but they apparently not. They just have a shit exchange and worst support/staff that they can't respond to their users on time, it will take weeks/month/s before they replied. So just wait until they respond and be patient because no one can help you here, just them.
And I'm just wondering that there are so many better exchanges on web but you still choose this site. You can even research on google first before sending money to any site so you can find out how good/bad their services.

Well as what I observed old yobit users/accounts infrequently face any kind of issue than new users/accounts IMO. But even your friend have an account there, you have to search first on your own before taking an action coz there are some instances like yours which interact with different situations. But still, yobit is a shit exchange for me, once they solve your issues move your funds there to different exchange like binance just a suggestion.

Lesson learned sir, maybe before you start choosing the exchange platform of your coins and other alternative coins, you should try conducting research about them first. Because if you really done that you will see that there are complaints about them that you really need to be careful in dealing transactions with them.
