Ok so I posted yesterday about my order status on btcquick.com. My money has been out of my bank account for over a day with the order status reading as "under review." My account is verified, I implement the two-step verification process when buying/signing in, have verified my cell number, confirmed the order thru sms, so what the hell? After leaving an email and a phone message to their support staff yesterday, I had to open a support ticket thru the site earlier since I am not being responded to. I cannot post in their designated support thread since I am new to this forum, so am trying to get any info I can through this newbie section. If anyone can shed light on this or has had a similar experience please fill me in. I can understand the account verification taking days to fulfill, but for a startup it seems that fulfilling a customer's order and supporting them through that process should be their main focus and the quickest step. No?
