Binance 2FA SMS codes not being sent

Just wait for a reply. There is nothing else you can do.

If you still cannot receive SMS code, please reply to the support ticket with your cellphone number, machine type, ios/Android version, and your location. Binance will respond to you as soon as possible.

Kindly check your phone setting if incomming messeges is enable.
Also check if your number submitted in binance is correct.
Or else you only need to do is waiting for their reply.

Because me i do not encounter that problem, if i click sms it will send for almost 5 to 10 seconds.

Actually, there's so many user's encounter that problem about 2FA ( two factor authorization ) for Binance. Anyways, kindly double check your number that you submit in binance if it's corerect, or you can send again the ticket and follow the instruction by submitting your ID or your picture and after that you can now reset your ( 2FA ) good luck..

Usually the support will respond fairly quickly. Binance has one of the best support ticket systems out there right now, and if you are not getting a reply from them, then perhaps try to initiate contact on their twitter account.

If you're not getting the SMS notifications then there is something wrong with their 2fa system/provider. We can't help you any more than the ways you can reach them.

From Tuesday evening i tried at least 500 times to send SMS  and still note receiveing it . Before that it worked perfectly. I have sent a ticket with phone number location,etc . Should i expect them to send me a verification code or sth like that? I didn't verify account with my documents because i know i woudnt withdraw more than 2 btc. If i didn't verified the account can i cancel the 2fa,because you have to send your documents in order to be cancelled. Please some help with this issue.Thanks!

I'm not sure what exactly they will do but it's unlikely they will send you a temporary code, because accounts could be easily recovered by hackers that way. Verification shouldn't be a problem here. Unverified accounts are still accounts.

Correct you should check your mobile number submitted in binance if is correct some, i encounter that before but my problem is on my phone incoming messages was disable that is why i can receive messages. So far i do not encounter this problem anymore they response very quick.
Or else you submit wrong mobile number that is why there is not sms coming in your phone.

Well today I am locked out of Binance... no SMS for me ... I just cannot believe this is happening. Opened 2 tickets already... sent all info of my celphone number, etc... even sent a twitter to binance and  dm them... no reply...

I think this issue still persist and still not solve by binance.

That is why they are not replying it's because they are busy reading customers issue.

The only thing that you can do now is to wait until they disable the sms 2fa because there are many binance users are couldn't login with sms 2fa.

Just keep message their support to inform them about your issue to include your account in disabling 2fa or switch to google authenticator.

They havent given or say a word related to this issue which same as you said maybe they are busy either on reading up and at the same time on resolving such 2fa sms issue.So far on using up binance i dont have any problem with the codes.Just make it sure that you had inputted the right number and your phone should have signal so that you would able to recieve codes but since the issue is already rampant then the problem is already on their side which all we can do is to wait up for them to fix it.
