Heh, too many to keep track of. It seems like a new coin is released in 10 minute intervals. Coinchoose is a good place to look for the somewhat established coins, as in the ones more than 15 minutes old.

Am I mistaken, or are the majority of these alt coins only being created for one purpose--pump and dump?

It's like they're the new HYIPs.

PiCoin is not listed on exchanges. I didn't create it for profit.

I'm willing to bet that those at the fiat exchanges are trying to wrap their collective heads around this cryptocurrency phenomena wondering how the hell they can profit off it. Even those penny stock dudes are probably thinking about micro-penny stocks once they see that list of alt coins.

This is interesting as it makes plain an approach to any regulator which still dreams of "banning" Bitcoin.

Just show them a printout list of all the alt-coins in existence. The only thing that makes cryptocurrency even remotely subject to regulation is a strong Bitcoin that keeps all the alt-coins marginalized.

And maybe if you know, how much its worth in bitcoin?

When new, no one knows until the coin is traded. New gamble game is mine new coin with GPU and see if you won or lost later when added (if) to exchange
