Go into your ACTIVE hosting details, look at the IP, point your nameserver. I can't find that, can you help me?  EDIT: When I tried to connect with FileZilla with the provided config file, I get the error "530 Login authentication failed". Granted I do not know much when it comes to web hosting, but for a company that claims "24/7" customer service and closed my last ticket after a day without replying to it, i'm not too happy. After this year is up, I will not be using them for hosting again. |
