The Ether-convertible GXE bond risk-controlled investment secured through a mutually-signed agreement. It’s a fantastic investment opportunity to hedge your investment with the first cryptocurrency venture capital exchange platform for small-medium enterprises. We are in partnership with two state governments and two major financial organizations, including the
West-African Stock Exchange, BRVM.
Geneviève will launch an exchange platform for tokenized investment ventures. The platform will operate through Geneviève’s exchange cryptocurrency, GXE; token listing and transaction fees will facilitate quarterly dividend payments to all GXE token holders.
The smart contract will automatically issue 10,000 GXE tokens for
each invested unit of Ether. The minimum investment is 1 Ether, i.e. 1 ECGB. In total, 26 coupons at 2.31% will be paid weekly, on Sunday, to all bondholders via an airdrop. Following the holding period, on August 5th, 2018, all participants
will be eligible to redeem their nominal Ether investment. Proceeds from the token sale will be used to fund Ether redemptions; 15% of our target revenue will allow Geneviève to meet repayment obligations. This project will further Geneviève’s capacity to invest in marketing, recruitment, exchange listings and press releases.
In partnership with Rootstock ($RSK), Geneviève’s SME token exchange will find strength from the convertible bond campaign, and by extension, it’s deployment in West Africa; consequently, Geneviève will be able to run a stronger campaign resulting in a greater number of investment ventures. Bond holders will be the recipient of such rewards by way of weekly coupon payments, token value appreciation and quarterly dividend payments.
