Why don't you try to sell it at localbitcoins? That way, you can meet face to face locally, and make transaction real time.

You really have to watch because they might back charge it and you end up with no BTC and no money

Using escrow doesn't help to avoid chargebacks, so it's always best to trade with an exchanger who's been on the forum for a long time.
