in cryptoeconomics funds arent a significant asset what is much more important is the competence and skill of the developers, i would have no use of him if he wouldnt be able to design anything i dont need the funds actually

For me, the partner is essential when you have a big project. But If it is a little small and easy to do then you don't need any team ( partner) but there is something very important which it the talent ( or skills) to organizate this idea ( project) in reality.
Furthermore, before you will start any project, you must create many  plans ( A, B, C..) or strategies because  for example,  when the first plan (A) will be failed then you can try the second plan (B) and hopefully that it will work. And do not forget that at the beginning of any project there will be some problems and few fails in the first attempts, but you must  have the courage to overcome those difficulties and to improve the project and  after that it  will certainly succeed.

As earlier I said my fund is enough what I am thinking to start but maybe not enough if something big we need to do.

I advise you not to create a project because a project must require a very large capital, we all can see that a strong team and a good resource can determine the success of a project. With that much money I suggest to be an investor, you can invest your money on a trusted project. I'm sure the money is enough to make a profit, but again if you want to make a project then I think what you have is not enough. I've seen a project requires a lot of money, although you can withdraw from some investors then it will not be enough because we must provide a strong guarantee of the project we make.

I really support this, starting projects require large sum of capital and a good team.
