I thought building new project is a good idea.
I am not a developer that's why I cannot start by myself.

to be frank we have dice game and many more games. I agree that 2k usd is not enough for a dice Bank Roll but there are PvP games and other game options for less Bank Roll

our problem is that we are not developers :( and to find a good and trusted one is very tough

I advise you not to create a project because a project must require a very large capital, we all can see that a strong team and a good resource can determine the success of a project. With that much money I suggest to be an investor, you can invest your money on a trusted project. I'm sure the money is enough to make a profit, but again if you want to make a project then I think what you have is not enough. I've seen a project requires a lot of money, although you can withdraw from some investors then it will not be enough because we must provide a strong guarantee of the project we make.

With $2000 starting a project is tough but its not doable as well. But the profits you get will be minimal and for promotions and other stuffs you might have to spend apart from building a project. Can you tell the reasons why your dice game failed? You can be a investor to other projects, gain some money and start a project on own.

Having that kind of initial investment wont really put you into something, not to discourage you but it wont really be sufficient enough for you to find possible partners into what project you do plan off. $2k might be big for some people but this amount isn't really enough on building projects which you do expect that would give you good returns. Even on small projects this amount is not enough. Better to keep and save up even more higher than that then come back again when you accumulate enough.

Maybe you are right. And maybe not. I can or we can start ico calendar or listening site.
Where can add more and more trusted ICO's with small reviews regarding ico.

You can probably get away with a WAVES solution if your budget is that low. I don't know how you pay someone for a solidity ERC20 development project on speculation. I would look at something simple to deploy that doesn't leave you at the mercy of the dev.

2000 USD is actually not much and insignificant compared with skilled and motivated teammates and developers.

the website and the project is in development your funds coulld help further developing it although they are not very needed...

Am not good business person anyway but with that amount of cash for an initial investment i think is too small,you will only succeed if that person to partner with you will also raise some fund to get the project going smoothly.Good luck to your effort i wish you all the best in your endeavor.

in cryptoeconomics funds arent a significant asset what is much more important is the competence and skill of the developers, i would have no use of him if he wouldnt be able to design anything i dont need the funds actually

For me, the partner is essential when you have a big project. But If it is a little small and easy to do then you don't need any team ( partner) but there is something very important which it the talent ( or skills) to organizate this idea ( project) in reality.
Furthermore, before you will start any project, you must create many  plans ( A, B, C..) or strategies because  for example,  when the first plan (A) will be failed then you can try the second plan (B) and hopefully that it will work. And do not forget that at the beginning of any project there will be some problems and few fails in the first attempts, but you must  have the courage to overcome those difficulties and to improve the project and  after that it  will certainly succeed.

I am not kidding maybe you are. Starting faucet doesn't cost around 2K $ you can build faucet in less than 100$ too or free too.

Project need sufficient resources such as time, fund, human, and also methodology/ technical part. To know how much is the resources need, it depend on the project itself. What kind of a project, what is the goal, etc. Normally in crypto-space, I see there should be more than 500K USD to run a project. Other resources are sufficient such as human with fully skilled, experienced and capable person either for core project team or adviser. If your fund is 2K, I think better to invest in a good project for your profit. Simple.

I have a cheap project idea, but it will not bring much money, more like pay for itself.  No edge PVP, two person coin flip, and flat processing fee for withdraw is $2.  I was thinking of using poker mavens software because they have poker cashflips, its super fun, and there is option for rake, but 0 rake wouild be cool.  Also rake free poker can be an option, and no fee tournaments.  Statistically speaking paying $2 to withdraw the 20 you deposited is a great deal, because if you flat bet small amount with edge, you would loose 100% eventually.  It's good for the owner, because there is no bank, just moving funds around and site rent  But for this to work you have to be able to do everything yourself, and be prepared to work for free, there are a lot of empty dice sites and poker rooms.

Need a lot of money to start a big project. A person can not be one of that amount. It is very difficult to work alone, it can be very easy. Managing a project is essential for managing a project. So it is better to conduct project through partnership.

Now we started one project we don't need any suggestion on funds which we have. Almost 90% of comments are related to funds which we have. Fews are supportive and else everyone are negative to us.

You should be really careful! Not to discourage you, bur searching for a business partner on the forum like this might be not safe. I think it might be a better idea to find someone in real world (perhaps your friend) with similar amount of savings so that you could be equal partners.

For developers in the real world, it is hard to found eligible one. Most of them don't know have enough knowledge regarding this and some of them asking unexpected price.

IMHO you have not too much for starting something great. And If I were you and hadn’t any experience , I would not search for partners in internet, I would try to search among my contacts.

I already started what I can do and I know for what I am eligible and for what I am not eligible maybe I get fail but it doesn't mean I should not start any work.

I think people here would normally prefer to keep money with themselves or invest in some coin which has a good future or already has a good future rather than investing in any project where the people do not know who the other person is. many have got scammed and would not even suggest this.

$2000 is enough to do some things but not alot. A small intiial investment will result in a small return.

And I agree with some others who have stated, you dont wanna leave your self exposed to key man risk, where your dev can build something thats a black box to you.
