I'm looking for a wallet that will work for desktop PC where I can store multiple currencies like Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, DogeCoin, BlackCoin, Digibyte, PeerCoin, etc. Anyone know what is the best one? And in case there is not a wallet that can store all those currencies, what is the best online wallet that can store them all?

Jax.io is in my opinion an excellent multicoin wallet. You can download it for PC with several OPs and on mobile for Android. It supports all cryptocurrencies, you mentioned and you own your private keys. Additional shapeshift as exchanger is integrated. But it is only recommended to exchange cryptos with cheap transfer fees.

Exodus is pretty good, it supports a lot of different cryptos. It also integrates with shapeshift, so you can exchange your coins on Exodus too.
