What happened:
I saw this guy JelezeN selling pennies (270CENT), made an offer and we agreed that I pay 0.6BTC for all of them. Wa also agreed to make a deal in two steps: I pay first for the half of pennies (135) 0.3BTC, after what he transfers them to me. Then I pay another half. But when I transfered the first half of BTCs to him, he suddenly wrote that (quoting): "Actually I have mistaked, thinking of other things, I am very sorry. Looking for more  0.3BTC and will send 270 Pennies. I will not wait confirmations, just notice and will send Pennies, they are already 287, you will taka other 7 as gift...
Regards,"

After that reply everything become clear to me - the classical scammer - still no pennies, no BTC.

There's a sticky right at the top of the Alt Crypto section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199130.0

Rule #0 Newbies, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OTHER NEWBIES, EVER. There are plenty of veteran members to do business with and ALWAYS use escrow. If you're a newbie and you're doing business with another newbie, there's a 100% chance that you will get scammed (or you're a scammer yourself).

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link
