They offer a platform for trading when you can get access to API key of investor and sign smart contract with all details of a deal.
Now it's working on bittrex as I understand. I tried used it on iPhone through Cipher browser. UI is amazing, bittrex completely sucks when you try to trade via mobile phone.

Sounds intersting because traders's fee will be frozen on the smart contract all time and profit guaranteed (probably I miss understood something)
