And I sent support@bitifnex.com many mails

And 6 days ago, finally bitfinex replied to me this email:

Thank you for waiting.
There was definitely a mistake in our system. We will reimburse you the incorrectly charged fee as soon as possible.

But it has been 6 days since this final email,
Still bitfinex did not reimburse my money to my bitfinex account !!!!

When can i recover my money!!!!

This is bitfinex system error but passed many days and i missed many market oppurtinies.
Until today i adviced my many friends to open accounts to bitfinex...
But i am regret because of this advice.

Please help me !!!

I lost my all money cuz of error(settlement bug).

I asked really earnestly.

But 20 days passed.

I sent ticket 20 days ago

And they accepted my ticket 11 days ago.

But nothing happened.

I wrote a lot of reddit post since 10. 01. 18

And they said "I'm gonna check your ticket today" 8 days ago.

But they still say we are constantly investigating and nothing has been solved.

I cry every day and every day is so painful.

I check my e-mail, reddit every day and every time.

But nothing is going to get better.

It isn't my fault. It's their fault.

customer's assets is more important than new coin be listed on bitfinex.

It is big issue!!!

I see, you both used  Bitfinex app. Did you already try to login to Bitfinex through web browser bitfinex.com.? What are your Balances/history showing on the site? The app seems not always to work proper, but that shouldn't have an affect to your real balances.

Ok, a pity. Just hoped, that could be the problem, as I saw you both with screenshots of the app. I read in another forum a post with assumption, that they may do "fractional reserve banking".

Let's hope, that it is only a bug, as Bitfinex explained and they will solve that as soon as possible.
Else post it again here in forum on scam accusations to get higher attention to your cases.
Try also to reach their social channels to make that public.
