I'm selling two tiers of accounts. Points are valid toward each interaction; you can get each interaction with a "bid" of 1 point (slower interactions) or 10 points (much faster interactions). If you wanted 15,000 twitter followers and set your bid at 1 point per follower, the first option would get you that. If you bid higher, you'd get them faster but less.
