Coins-e.com a fucked up exchange

Can anyone help me? Coins-e seems to be the only exchange offering ORB but I absolutely have come to detest them because I have to email every time i receive a deposit and then it magically appears... I wonder how many people dont email about missing deposits and coins-e just keeps them...

Try this page using the transactions id of the deposit.  It works every time!

i am still missing a tag-coin deposit from a week ago. Support doesnt respond and txid is not found. Support is non-existant

Until that time came Doge. Very bad currency exchange. Support is not responding...

because their own support its not responding 13 days since I posted original request
which is about a stablecoin deposit
its not much since I was testing the waters of the exchange but in principle
I want to avoid using this exchange if this continues

Support is pretty much non-existent for Coins-e. They don't reply to tickets, they aren't active on this forum, their twitter is rarely used.

I think it's one person running the whole thing and probably a student and non English speaker.

I advise everyone to stay away from coins-e.com
its already 19 days since the original claim and no word from them (him)
they have the stablecoin wallets together with some other bunch of coins
"Coins under maintenance"

and today I just realized that the withdrawal fee for bitcoin is 0.002
for my coins-e.com funds (I only have 0.004 BTC total !!!)

I have nowhere seen this can of fee !!!
banks are angels compared to this exchange !!!!

I tried to withdraw my bitcoin for 0.57229350 cents, not going anywhere. withdrawal null.and initiated.
