It appears that some links are broken and most of the orders didn't push through or can't download the actual product after the payout. Are you really selling digital products? Also, you said to contact support@posserver.com for the tickets and a quick search about POSSERVER provided me scam accusations and negative feedbacks. I think this website is fishy and will stay away from it at the time being. It would be best if an actual representative from this website dropby here to answer these questions.

From the users that have already replied, GrabFile is an utterly broken heap of code to the point of scamming. No one who's posted here has gotten a reply from their support.

And to anyone skimming this thread in the future who may have missed the warnings so far: the website won't return your order, despite people asking them to do something about it.
