FAQ says nothing about about why Paypal won't shut them down, like it did the other bitcoin -> Paypal services.
They do assure you they won't be initiating any chargebacks though, so there's that!

Bottom line: It's either a scam or it will get shut down very soon, or both.

There seem to be a lot of good feedback: http://bitcoinfeedback.com/viewuser.php?un=coin2pal&id=745
And I couldn't find any negative feedback on the web, which is the first thing you find when the service is a scam.

FAQ says nothing about about why Paypal won't shut them down, like it did the other bitcoin -> Paypal services.
I think the problem is PayPal to Bitcoin, not the other way around.

See I never quite got this i sent a $300 paypal payment to a reputable member on this forums for bitcoins 2 days later paypal calls me asking if I made this payment I said of course, they asked what for and why I sent as a service. I told them that I deal in intangible goods and items, which before I knew about bitcoin I did the same exact thing but only with virtual currency for MMORPG games and havent had any issue thus far and I have been doing it for almost 7 years now. So I dont understand why these btc>pp buisness are getting shutdown.

I think the problem is PayPal to Bitcoin, not the other way around.

It's always PayPal to bitcoin, and vice versa, when bitcoins are sold for PayPal USD.

Anyhow... I don't mean to be a dick here, they may well be an entirely honourable trader. The problem is, honourable people have tried this before and PayPal has, AFAIK, always shut them down. As for why, you'd have to ask them. Again, AFAIK, the best anyone has gotten out of them is a vague TOS violation as reason for termination. Paypal have a lot of discretion in what kind of business they allow people to conduct using their system, and they have used that discretion.

Selling out to advertisers shows you respect neither yourself nor the rest of us.

Actually they've been operating for about a year now, so at this point I think it's safe to assume they are legit.

PayPal and Bitcoin is risky business. Proceed with caution, although I urge you NOT to proceed.

Some websites are legit, but be careful because you can be charge back till 180 days after the payment.
So, be careful.

I do not know about that website, so I can't give any feedbacks, but be careful also to fake positive feedbacks.

Yes, that's what people have been saying about mybitcoin, bitcoinica and pirate too.

You seem very "engaged" in trying to paint them as legit. Why is that?

You're definitely right. That's why you have to be careful.

I was just stating what I think based on my experience with them. Like you said, they may end up scamming people. But well, that can happen with any service, right? Even Mt.Gox, for example Undecided

I have recently used their service.  Sold 0.023 bitcoins for a bit over $12 USD.  That was about a week ago.  No chargebacks yet, but I'm still a little skeptical about this service.

In retrospective this comment ended up being quite ironic  Roll Eyes
