it is a gold backed cryptocurrency, so i wanna ask what is the unique selling point? Because i have seen other gold backed cryptocurrency.
The ERC20 utility Token we've created on the Ethereum Blockchain will be used within the Flashmoni's ecosystem. We plan to go beyond buying bullion for backing the OZT. Due to our deep understanding of the yellow metal market, we realized that by setting up a Crowdsale we could obtain funds to directly operate mines, and therefore improve miner's working conditions, their lives and of the communities where they live. |

During token sale, Ethereum and Bitcoin will be accepted. The conversion from the invested coin into ether will be based on the midnight UTC rate from a designated exchanger. We set the core value of our utility token (OZT) at $0.137. Of course, its value will change according to the bid and ask market’s mechanism. |

Send ethers and Bitcoin only through My Etherwallet or parity wallet to the address mentioned on the token Sale page. Do not send ether from an exchanger such as Poloniex or through wallets such as Jaxx, otherwise your ether could be misplaced. |

a): guaranteed by the gold we store. Question 1 b) Gold-backed means fallback plan if something really bad happened to the company and it had to declare bankruptcy. Then the company would be obliged to sell the gold in order to pay for the core value of the amount of OZT holders would have. So, minimum value is the core value corresponding to the amount of gold in the vault. Not to be traded. Only used in the worst scenario presented above. |
