Email: Gmail is best and better when you turn on 2-layer protection with email
Phone: The best smartphone is Iphone and have installed 2 app Authenticator or Authy (install both as possible)
Laptop / Computer: This is an indispensable tool (Win license, install antivirus software as possible)
Bank account: Mainly Vietcombank which supports bank

I assume you were asking about BTC not NTC Smiley

There is an answer - hardware wallet. Because it is "cold storage". Private keys never leave hardware wallet and you can use it with any computer with trojans, viruses and you will be safe
There are several producer, but Ledger is best at the moment, also you can check for KeepKey and Trezor as well
