I have problem with my account i contact them few days ago but no one respond to me Smiley
Is there somewhere other i need to contact? I send pms to Cyrus / theymos

If your problem is too serious then you can propose a thread in the meta section, look for the link provided by @cryptozombie14.

Sometime it is very difficult for the mods to respond to you in quick ways, they are really busy personnel’s here looking after the more important stuff related to forum.

Your questions will be surely answered.

If you think your questions can be asked publicly then better create a thread regarding that. Also, before creating thread do check if someone had the similar problem or not.
