where to start? and what to use for this application?
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Arguably the easiest/most noob friendly way to mine would be to download the nicehash miner, https://miner.nicehash.com/, and simply mine the algorithm that gives you the most profit in BTC.

However, if their platform gets hacked, your funds that you haven't withdrawed yet ( they have a withdraw threshhold), might be lost, as has happend in the past.

I suggest you to learn first how to build a miner there are lots of tutorial here but i give you a link by voskcoin guide that i think you can follow with video

And also use this whattomine.com to know if what coin is more profitable..

I would not suggest mining BTC right away. You need special equipment called ASIC for that, but you can start mining altcoins with your gaming PC. Once you are familiar with that, visit this https://www.bitmain.com  Smiley
