Important HUB announcement
Ellerium Project Team is convinced that it’s extremely important to notice and solve the problem in time.
Right, it's all about the hub. When we started to work on HUB concept main idea was to set up «seasons» when projects arise, people deposit on project wallets, and then expect their profits while projects are being implemented.
We missed a few moments.
Firstly, with «seasons» system, projects should be searched and prepared very early that means no chance to enter into promising project at the right time. Secondly, instant release of the monthly HUB budget to the market would ruin ELP rate. Moreover skilled traders could remove their bids while waiting for the dump. Of course interest in ELP once a month at the projects presentation time is even more predictable opportunity for speculation. Thirdly, the projects profits payment is also predictable and is easy subject of speculation.
After a detailed calculation Ellerium Project Team rejected temporary solutions that were planned (creating own "BTC" fund, using side projects to smooth out the consequences of instant releasing coins etc.) as ineffective.

We want that participation in HUB projects would be really exciting. Perhaps it could be like some sort of gambling excluding the chance to run away with empty wallet.
According to this Ellerium Project Team decided to make HUB works continuously. Projects are adding continuously too, as the budget is accumulated. Profits are paid at the projects end as before. While works that way HUB users may react on really interesting fresh projects at the right time.
In addition this decision will maintain interest in ELP buying in cases when new interesting project has appeared, but funds have already been blocked in another project. It would lead to a small stable ELP growth rate.
For example, Investor X deposited all of his ELPs in the first project he seen on HUB. He is almost satisfied, since he expects a 10-15% part of profit. But after a couple of days, company Y announces project with a higher expected return. If investor X is interested, he may go to the exchange, buy ELP and participate in the Y company project. Or X may even distribute their funds in such a way that the incomes from some projects are being invested in others. Team thinks this option is more interesting than to vote once a month.

Summary, ELP holders have several opportunities to earn.
The simplest now is mining. Little more difficult and profitable is the MN.
Then POA (participate in HUB with locking of stacks and the risking of possible profit but not the stacks).
Then – POS with collection of stacks in the wallet.
Of course you can generally keep ELP on the exchange, evaluating projects independently, deciding whether any of them will cause interest and trade with this knowledge.

Q: Why do you think that instant release of the monthly HUB budget to the market could make a big dump? Is it such a big problem?
A: In a few boring figures the average budget for the HUB per month are going to be about 23-24k ELP. If you’d keep in mind current prices and trade volumes the exchange simply couldn’t refine it.

Q: Could I lock my ELPs to participate in project if they’ve been already locked in MN wallet?
A: No. MN brings a high income by itself, and it will also increase with the rate growth. So you have to choose between temporarily disable the MN and participate in HUB projects or to receive a stable income from the MN.  While the ELPs are locked in project wallet, they do not bring profit.

Q: Are you going to create separate HUB projects for Ellerium Project self-development?
A: Initially, for self-development like listing on exchanges, marketing, etc. we are going to create separate «technical» projects at HUB. It will accumulate funds from canceled projects, users' donations and funds from advertising. After turning on the POS, it will accumulate POS incomes from the stacks locked in project wallets.

Q: How are going to be organized project wallets?
A: At the start it would be crated manually with Ellerium team. Creating a wallet - parsing addresses from which ELP arrived - calculating the share of each in income - sending funds back + commission compensation + sending income. With a large number of projects, I think there will be wallets with multi-signatures for faster response.

I tried these. Same result. Only 2 connections to the network and the chain is stuck at block 10769. Would be nice if the wallet worked at least.

Ok, re-downloading the wallet and removing all the previous files, combined with launching the wallet + closing the wallet, and adding the nodes previously mentioned worked fine. I'm up and running.
