1 月 23 日上午，韩联社报道，今日据金融当局、银行以及加密货币交易所称，
目前正在为加密货币交易所提供服务的农协银行、企业银行和新韩银行等六家
主要银行，将同时于本月 30 日起实施实名制认证系统。据了解，新的实名制
系统要求用户使用身份证、驾驶执照等有效证件进行认证，未成年人和非住本
地的外国人将无法通过认证。另外，在实名认证的过程中，还将产生用于缴纳
交易税和所得税的基础资料，以便于制定之后的人均交易限度等追加措施。

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
