据路透社报道，美国证券交易委员会主席 Jay Clayton 昨日表示，
SEC 方面正对那些以区块链技术为噱头进行大肆宣传并试图通过
改变名称或者商业模式进行融资的上市公司，进行突击审查。据
了解，早前全球有数十家不知名的公司先后公布了涉足数字货币
以及区块链领域的计划，并因此而股价大升。Clayton 表示，这
些异动引发了 SEC 的高度关注，对于这些没有提供有意义追踪
记录而涉足区块链技术，且未充分披露有关风险的公司，他们无
法接受。“此类融资应符合证券法，并且针对加密货币诈骗风险向
投资者发出了更广泛的警告”，SEC 发言人说明道。

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
