Currently, one BTC goes for just over $10K. convert that into Philippine Peso and you get the correct value. Its due to the volatility of the the cryptocurrency market that makes the prices change and not inflation that makes the price change. the low supply is a contributing factor though.

It keeps changing evey single second. Bitcoin value is counted in dollars and due to btc/usd trade its not fixed

At the moment bicoin price dropped to $9,639.33, and it is 502,533.93 in Philippine peso. You can always search in google by typing 'bitcoin price today' if you want to know its price because bitcoin price is changing every now and then.
