[ANN] Introducing ICO Busses - A solution to ICOs effect on Ethereum blockchain

Introduction

The level of frustration caused whenver ther is an ICo live on the Ethereum network has gradually risen over the months,
from when there was an ICO, every two to threee months to now, that there is a n ICO every other day.

ICO Busses aims to provide an immediate solution to the effect ICOs have on the Ethereum blockchain,
 in a bid to allow developers keep doing what we know how to do best: Develop.

The approach is just one of the possible ways to resolve the issue based on the present Technological maturity.

*Note* : There is no plan for an Tokens at present, although this could change, later down the line. Definitely No ICO.

ICO busses' approach is the Pool/Mass transit system.
The mechanisms are being worked out,
but the Idea is to pool the ico partakers, such that the resulting situation is:
- A longer ICO sale time
- Fewer transactions needed to complete the sale
- A sort of indicator to the ICO team of the interest in the ICO
- Depending on the ICO, greater bonuses for the sale partakers

One of the biggest issues with ICO Busses, is that the Smart contract is supposed to handle funds and Tokens.
This is a fundamental issue with all companies, both on the blockchain and off.
One of the solutions being used by ICO busses, is to have separation of concerns with the Funds.
By having a separate simple, yet secure contract whose function is handling of funds,
the chances of trapped funds, lost funds, stolen funds is reduced to the exposure of the functions
actually handling the funds.

Redefining the pseudo-standards of contracts which presently exist in Solidity;
e.g Ownable and addition of new ones is a requirement to build next generation
 of Smart contracts and Dapps.
Some contracts being worked upon are TimedOwnable and WithUpgradeableInterface.

The Graphics Team is out looking to create the Logo which say ICO BUSSES

As a result of the proposed solution being implemented by ICO BUSSES,
determining the minimum level of trustlessness required when setting up a new sale,
and participating in the created sale is very crucial.
Trust...Trustless...Trustlessness

ICO Busses implements the `hub and spoke` paradigm for the smart contracts.
This allows for errors in the Interface contracts which can then be replaced.
The permanent storage contract however, needs to be scrutinized and tested as much
as is possible, as it is the only contract that is expected to perpetuate through time.

ICO BUSSES uses a smart contract design, which reduces to the barest minimum,
based on the presently available technology, the possibility of total annihilation or
loss of resources.
We are also working on setting up a community based bounty for the smart contracts.
