as long as btc price still like this, ethereum cannot touch 0.2 btc and will take maybe after in the middle of this year. although there are many project use ethereum as their base network, it seems the ethereum itself is waiting for bitcoin price and waiting for a good moment to increase more than 0.15btc.

Ethereum has done very well and I think it has outperform bitcoin in so many ways. I have been following the development in bitcoin pricing and we have been trying to invest in those coins that had a potential to grow In future and invest in it.  Bitcoin though is having some bearish moment I believe bitcoin has most high potential to grow more than any other coins because almost all the structure of cryptocurrencies.

Sorry mate is that impossible to reach same level price 2 ethereum is equivalent of 0.2 btc i'm also ethereum hodler's I disagree your price analysis and so far have a sign bitcoin slowly  pump again their price hoping before end of February bitcoin price reach the price prediction for all time high.
