The alcohol industry is a very complex market. Almost in all countries this direction is very strictly controlled by the state. I think that such projects will not stand burrrokratii. There will be too many documentation requirements to implement such a project in practice. For example, in Russia every year laws on the topic of alcohol become stale ...  |
