I think the main difference of crytokami is that is for Financials and arcblock is for Dapps

Think of NEO as the ethereum for china, Think of CryptoKami as the ethereum for Japan and beyond! And financial third parties are expected to inject demand for not only the platform but for the whole space, and they will definitely be attracted to jumpstart their operations with the CryptoKami platform.
