StealthPay allows you to buy and sell BTC with around 20 different payment options. Here are some easy steps to go to buy BTC:

1) Get a StealthCoin address on Bittrex or Cryptopia.
2) Go to www.stealthpay.com
3) Click on "Buy StealthCoin", fill in the relevant fields and click "Order Now".
4) In the "Payment Method" choose  any payment method you wish.
5) After you receive your StealthCoins, sell them on Bittrex or Cryptopia against BTC.
