What are your picks? What ICOs are negligible but with a big potential? Many overhyped scams and useless shit is all I see around.

1. Neurogress. They develop AI driven software to enable us to control electronic devices with the power of thought.

2. Dether. It is a peer-to-peer ecosystem of crypto buyers, sellers and physical shops.

Before I participated in the dether signature bounty activities, but I very regret the audit did not pass, but it is undeniable that this is a good project, I have been continuing to focus on it.

I think that the main problem of ICOs is that the expectations are enormous — too optimistic to be honest. The world won’t be overthrown by blockchain in a year or two. But for me for now modultrade is quite a good choice.

Pretty interesting that most of the "underrated ICOs" mentioned in replies to this thread were.... not ICOs.   Sure, most of the projects mentioned had their ICOs and have been working towards getting their products ready for the market but stilll..  An interesting project that just finished its ICO was ENVION.   They were looking to set up green energy mining units all around the world.

1.VINCHAIN.IO is going to secure used car's history. If you ever find yourself in situation where you buy used car, you want to be protected and secured about previous damages

Dether is a great project, and if you want to make a profit, you should pay more attention to some of the more popular ICO projects. But a lot of ico is shit. Good projects are hard to find.
