1月29日讯，据媒体报道，近日俄罗斯前财政部长Alexei Kudrin在其推特上表示，目前阶段加密货币的流通在俄罗斯将不可避免的增加，但在出台法规和技术提高之前，投资者的风险将会很高，因此在行业内实行自我监管将比政府监管有效。另外，俄罗斯总统的候选人Boris Titov表示，通过立法对加密货币挖矿和数字资产的流通加以限制，实际上会使区块链技术在该国的实施变得更加复杂化。据了解，上周俄罗斯政府已经公布了加密货币和ICO相关的法案内容。
