Just putting it out there for anyone who's been burnt lately. I will fly to India and put together a cheap super team of lawyers and we will crush our enemy.

After BFL and AVALON are in jail (or killed themselves) we will then use the same team to look after share holders bitcoin business's

versus having nothing back? It's more about discouraging scammers from trying at all.

Lawyers get anywhere from 10-30%, definitely nowhere near 90%. And it is obviously more about sending a message to these disgraceful quitters and liars than making a profit.

No, they get trained on US law and work as outsourcing for US lawyers.

You really need to hire some lawyers here in the US for this to work, though. In order to actually file lawsuits, you need to hire lawyers who passed the bar in the state you're suing in.

Yeah pretty much Smiley on the USA lawyer part i bet you we could find someone via this thread or forum who's just waiting for their rainman moment and will have the backing of (let's be serious for a second) 5-10 lawyers.

I should just do an IPO for a crypto law firm who will take payment via bitcoins (divs) not just for this purpose of bringing down Avalon and BFL but to have actual properly trained crypto lawyers from scratch and that are hungry to win.

Do any of you have a copy of the original shipping terms? It looks like they've changed the pre-order language to REALLY ACCOUNT for the fact that there might be delays. I don't remember it being this explicit.

I'm going to run this by my contracts professor Wink

...seriously.

Right, because vague threats utilizing Zerg labor are way better than vague promises utilizing Zerg mentality.

Rather than wait for third parties to eke out some tasteless morsel of vengeance, people would do well to read, learn, and take careful notes when the authoritative sources are kind enough to point out why something is not worth their time, money, energy, blood, and so on.
