The ICO I am talking about is Play2Live ICO, this so far is one of the most Hype ICOs I've ever seen. This is because it is unique and the platform is new to the Crypto world. nowadays i dont participate to any icos because market is so bullish. It is probably better them to be listed on exchanges and we ccan buy them cheaper there. there are so many new icos that are cheaper than ico price on exchanges.
