I have about $45 worth of money on payoneer i cant withdraw cause the minimum is 50. Ill transfer someone that money for $40 of any of the following:

ETH
LTC
DOGE
DASH

willing to use a trusted middleman or whatever you feel comfortable with

Can you transfer any amount below $50 to another Payoneer user? How   
As far as I know, the minimum amount is $50 which can be transacted between two users. Do they change their policy recently?

If you can accept BTC then I may be interested and regarding the escrow you have to pay the fee.

Im actually not sure lol .. but if that was true idk how i was able to have $45 in the first place.

Minimum transfer for Payoneer to Payoneer is $50 and you can load any amount without a minimum so that is how you ended up with $45

The best way you have currently to spend your money is through your debit card. Go to any online shop and buy something for yourself. 

But if you insist to get crypto (such as eth) then go to an exchange which accepts credit/debit card as payment, such as CEX, Coinbase & Coinmama.
