It will be several ways for value rising:
1. Just users impressions - so it will be occure via trading bids
2. A Beauty contests - the customized iPuppies which will  win in contests will be evaluated higher and ll be most desirable to own them

Also owners of some customizad iPuppies will be able to run a PR-campaigns to promote their own CryptoPuppy and get higher value for them.

The idea is not entirely new, although good, since many successful games already use their crypto currency. But, provided that the game will be in demand with the players. At first glance, the graphics seem somewhat outdated, but perhaps the idea of the game will be mega interesting?

Nice project, seems to be the next cryptoketties. In other hand, I think you need to polish the graphics of the characters, make it more attractive, more cutie look. Make it more modern look. Just an opinion.

It will affect the Ethereum blockchain with some additional load, but we sure Ethereum blockchain now stronger than it was on Nov-Dec 2017 with its overloading. 
For now, own blockchain creation is not scheduled - its purely Ethereum protocol based.
