I mean, it's a set time like at beginning of the month, at the half, and again at the beginning of the next month? I know you have to wait 2 weeks for activity to refresh. I'm wondering if is set for everyone or the two weeks start when i reach my 14 cap. Thank you kindly for sharing with a rookie your knowledge

I apologize, i'm grateful for your answer, it was helpful since i'm still not used to this forum. However i "did my own research" and i came up with the original post of the user Jambola2 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=582736.0 .
