据Fortune报道，美国正在试图规范数字货币，然而目前无法认清政府是否有权这样做。纽约布鲁克林的联邦法官即将就此问题作出裁决。经过裁决，他们将可以确定比特币和其他无国籍货币是否可以像股票或债券那样受到监管。美国各地的法院在考虑其他相关数字货币案件时可能会参考这些裁决。
