The issue I have with question like this is the objectivity of the answers people will give, I think we are bless in this period to see some quality projects flowing around the space, Atonomi, Dav Network, Open platform, Card stack and XYO network stands out for me  and they all have reasonable hardcap

All ICOs may not be good or in fact they maybe scams only. There are a lot of projects mushrooming out there and there are also reports of scams. So look to project team, its previous performance, factors deciding its trust among others before jumping into it.

ICO in 2018 is too many scam, and I have fall in it four times since 2018 started, and the bitcoin price is going down now.. Its the hardest part for me to survive in bitcoin but I still have hope that bitcoin price will going up again after crash, and bring luck to us

There are so many useless projects. Most of the robust projects remain in their shadows officially. They need to find a remedy as soon as possible and go for editing. Otherwise, it seems like we will continue to paddle and stop.

There are many good projects right now like Atonomi, Dav Network, Open platform, Cardstack, Quarkchain and more. The only problem for me is, that some of those bigger projects didn't offer a real ICO (like Open), or if they did they offer a lottery (Neonexchange, Quarkchain, etc.) and my luck hasn't been goot, yet

Yeah. It is very risky to invest in ICO right now. Fake projects are very rampant and even the most legit looking project turned out to be a scam. I think we need something that can solve this problem right now. Review sites are being corrupted, few days back I have read a thread exposing the truth about fake ICO reviews. I hope menlo will start immediately because they plan to filter out the scam project in ICO space.

I say go for projects that have a plan of targeting market. I'm going for projects that are already established. I would suggest LVN, Alt.ESTATE and Qurrex, these have a promising team as well. Check these out, also good hopes for the following.

I think the majority of ico today is very difficult to predict in terms of success However,as an investor must still have a strong mentality when a lot of news that states that ico in follow including fraud because of problems like this that often make investors less interested when trying to invest again.If the final result is not satisfactory.
