like the title says i joined today to buy a few bit coins and  hopefully make a few buddys doing so..  I was wondering if there is a way to buy with paypal or neteller im in the eu and these two payments methods are all I can/wish to use for now as I only need about 0.6 of a bitcoin.

im sure this is one of the most common questions asked by newbs but i have never bought bitcoins before so I apoligies in advance.

Hello.
You might find someone here to sell btc for paypal or net: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
But always use an escrow.

It might be better to use an exchange like bitstamp

You can't get scammed if you buy btc with paypal, because it is not possible to cancel a BTC payment. So, if you use escrow, you would be safe.
The problem? YOU can cancel the paypal payment, up to 180 days after it, by starting a dispute. That's why it will be difficult for you to find someone who will trust you (you are new).

Check out the web site https://localbitcoins.com

If there is someone in your area you can meet them face to face at a coffee shop near you and buy the bitcoins with cash.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!
