     1. The ICO will take place from the 5th March until the 19th March.

     2. Minimum number of tokens available to purchase in each round is 50.

     3. Maximum number of coins available to purchase in each round is stated in the whitepaper, but it can be changed by the project team. In this case all changes will be announced on social media in advance.

     4. Note that each ICO round starts at 3 p.m. London time (GMT+00).

     5. BONUS: starting from the third round, we will play a certain number of free coins among those investors who have already bought tokens last time. Each winner will receive from 50 up to 100 coins. 4,000 prize-winning tokens will be played in each round (52,000 on 13 rounds totally). This way we will play amount of coins equivalent to $50,000.

Lending Program

     1. As it was already mentioned above, each member of the lending program will gain the guaranteed income from 1% a day, up to 5% a day.

     2. Also each participant will receive additional bonus percent which depends on the contribution amount.

     3. The entrance to the lending is carried out only by means of TradeNetCoin tokens. Therefore those members who will buy coins during ICO will have a fine opportunity to be the first to enter the lending.

     4. In the future, coins for entrance to the lending can be bought at the exchange, however you have consider that coin cost at the exchange can be several times higher than on ICO. So, take your part in ICO and you will have considerable advantages!

     5. The TradeNetCoin platform will not be able to make reinvestment into an already open deposit. The minimum amount for opening a new deposit is $100. Thus, in order to make a reinvest, you need to make a profit of not less than $100.

     6. After the end of ICO, the TNC tokens will be accepted for lending at a rate of at least $5. However, please note that this promotion will be available only to ICO participants at the Pre-Lending Program. Roadmap

Here are the main goals which were set by the TradeNetCoin team:

     ★ In February we plan to open the investor's private account. Meanwhile the referral program will be launched.

     ★ In March we will carry out ICO which will consist of 15 rounds. The funds raised during ICO will go for development of new trade bots and expansion of mining capacities.
        March: target price 1TNC=$5.

     ★ In April we will start the lending program which can be first entered by only participants of ICO. We will provide no opportunity to enter the lending just for bitcoins or Etherium as it's done by some other lending projects. After launch of the lending we will open the internal exchange where everyone will be able to buy TradeNetCoin tokens and to get to the lending.
        April: target price 1TNC=$15.

     ★ In May we will develop an online wallet for coins staking. The same month we will enter to the external exchange. Most likely it's going to be Etherdelta or Coinexchange.
        May: target price 1TNC=$25.

     ★ In June we get strong enough to be listed on CoinMarketCap and one-two more large external exchanges.
        June: target price 1TNC=$50.

     ★ In the fall we're starting development of mobile wallets.
        September: target price 1TNC=$75.

     ★ The result of 2018 will be development of the debit card, directly on which investors will be able to get profit from the lending.
        November: target price 1TNC=$100.

The TradeNetCoin team respects the US but believes that there is too strict regulation in this country, which prevents crypto currencies from fully developing.
Therefore, the TradeNetCoin company doesn't officially operate in the US and doesn't belong to its jurisdiction, so we see no reason why our tokens must necessarily comply with SEC requirements. Moreover, we officially declare that we don’t recommend US citizens to buy our tokens, as we wrote in Terms of Use.

We strive to act in the spirit of a free crypto community, so we don’t require our investors to undergo the KYC procedure. As for AML, we are certainly against money laundering and officially prohibit people from participating in our ICO who want to buy tokens for money received by criminal means.

You are right, but we can say so about approximately 50% of all ICOs, regardless of the direction of their product. Each second ICO copies the other. Of course, all they are covered by the word "first", but experienced investors are so clear.

The whole question is not to take someone else's idea, but to implement it correctly!

So, the profit of most lending platforms is based, no matter how trite it may sound, on the growth of Bitcoin. In contrast, we actively invest in two areas.
