I want to buy a printer that could print on thick plastic cards (about the size and thickness of a credit card or a license) without smearing.
If you have one, please let me know with an offer! Thanks Cheesy

Nice. Exactly what I was looking for! But I don't see the price for it though. Am I supposed to fill out the info of my company first? Thanks

PVC printers (which is what you are describing-there isn't another printer with the capability to print on "cards" like that) are VERY expensive. I recommend looking into Teslin. Check it out on YouTube or something. You can buy it on Amazon or eBay for pretty cheap. Basically you print whatever you want on a "card" on your printer (ink-jet or laser) on a special type of paper (designed to work perfectly with even just ink-jet printers). Then, you seal it inside a laminating pouch. The lamination is so perfect that you can't even tell its lamination-it just looks like a PVC card. Good luck!

Buy them on eBay, they usually retail for a few hundred bucks iirc. Search for the model number of a printer you know will work for that type of card on eBay.

Wow! Teslin seems more economical compared to other card printers. Does it work with any laminating machine or only its kind?

I only seen the original Pebble printer in action. It makes pretty good plastics. Yes they are expensive but they will return the investment in no time if they are used.....
