This guy only got 3 feedbacks (check his trust) by sockpuppet accounts, and all within the same week back in february.
I wouldn't trust him to translate anything.
If you are seeking translators you should look into local boards.

Even if you did customer not always can check the translation on the unknown language. Google translate still can be considered as scam. |
