yes without succes, they ask for signature but my account was not hacked it's the system of the forum who lock account when you successfull answer to your personal security question  it's like a bug, i'm Hero member and just whant to log in again |

If so, sign a message with that address & they’ll sort it for you. I know it’s not a hack but I presume they just want to be 100% sure everything is legit. |

fact is the adress i was associated in my account is a bitcoin.de adress and i can't sign message, impossible in the panel to have this option the only thing i can do is send some satoshi to prove it |

Why don't you simply use your e-mail ? it's easy for a moderator to check it. Also as you said you can send a few satoshi from your non-sign btc adress. 6 month account lock is not understandable!! |

- 3 legend have attest they know him outside of the forum.

If unlocking an account with so many proofs takes nearly 8 months, you are clearly understaffed. This is not acceptable, and is a clear reason to mistrust the whole BCT team.
Helping people that have been active for years on the forum should be a top priority, and not take so long. It is a 10min job. Just do it ffs.
