I know lots of ICO's are in other parts of the world, but are any in the United States? and why do some take US and some dont take US people?

I think it is rare from the US, because it may be US state policy against ICO. if you want to follow ICO, join daneel.io,(www.daneel.io) a project with AI development to help investors to gain profit in the world of crypto

I am not sure about that but I think they can execute their functions over there (anyways I dont know the laws of US about that), but for participations in the ICO..many projects legally do not accept US nationals
