Quote
The Fifth Estate is an upcoming 2013 dramatic thriller film about the news-leaking website WikiLeaks starring Benedict Cumberbatch as its editor-in-chief and founder Julian Assange, and Daniel Brühl as its former spokesperson Daniel Domscheit-Berg.[4] It is directed by Bill Condon with a screenplay by Josh Singer based in-part on Domscheit-Berg's book Inside WikiLeaks: My Time with Julian Assange and the World's Most Dangerous Website, as well as WikiLeaks: Inside Julian Assange's War on Secrecy by British journalists David Leigh and Luke Harding.

Assange does not support this version of the story... a bit like how the CIA don't support how Zero Dark Thirty tells that story....

He's a contentious character this Assange guy. Why exactly are Hollywood seeking to publicise the story of this hated terrorist?

He is from the wrong time stream. Assange will not be known as a hated terrorist in our future because G.W.B. did not get his chance to rewrite all the history books in his 6th Presidential term. But still, the book was indeed better than the movie.

If they are making a movie about Assange they will make a movie about Bitcoin.

I don't think the major portion of the acceleration of Bitcoin has occurred yet such that the mainstream notices bitcoin enough to consider it a "big deal" to make a movie.

It's coming. Strap yourself in.
